1)       Develop and implement a mathematics scope and sequence and exit objectives in

grades K-5 that is aligned to state standards.

2) Begin to review our current writing scope and sequence as aligned to state standards.

3)       Begin to review our current reading scope and sequence as aligned to state standards.

4)       Review our current model of services offered to IEP students.

5)       Review our current social studies program.

6)       Continue to build on our Guided Reading practices and resources in grades 1 and 2.

7) Continue to build on our resource program for educationally advanced children (R.E.A.C.H.) for grades 3-5.

8) Continue to build on our Reading Recovery and Reading Support programs for struggling readers in grades 1 and 2.

9)       Continue to build upon our Character Education program.

10)   Continue to build on the Risk Watch safety program.

11)   Expand the use of wireless technology in the classroom.

12)   Implement our School Safety Plan.

13)         Plan for future enrollment growth.

1)             Increase the percentage of students who meet/exceed State Standards in Reading, mathematics, writing, science and social science.

3)             Continue to build a positive and safe learning environment for children.

4)             Continue efforts to be current in terms of research and practices related to effective schooling.
