Principal's Welcome
Welcome
to Wilson Creek Elementary School. As the principal, my goal is to work with
the Manhattan Community in providing quality education, setting high expectations,
and creating a caring community for all students.
My background includes working as a teacher and administrator with students, parents, staff, and community groups in a variety of educational settings. All of these experiences have provided me with a skills and knowledge base that allow me to offer quality administrative leadership.
Our students, staff, and parents at Wilson Creek are what make this place so special. There is not a day that goes by that one of those groups does not bring a smile to my face. Our staff is student-centered, caring, and motivated toward the success of all students. Our parents are very supportive and actively help out with many activities throughout the school.
The students are why we are here. They not only excel academically, but are also learning about respect, ethical values, and social skills, which we at Wilson Creek consider to be equally important. We strive to create an environment where students feel safe, comfortable, and respected.
