
We had another wonderful night of art and music with our first grade students and 2nd grade music club! A big bravo and many thanks to Mrs. Bloom, Mrs. Davis, and Mrs. Walsh for all of their time and efforts in planning Fine Arts Nights for all of our K-2 students this year!

Thanks to Firefighter Jackie and the MFPD for providing the "Learn Not to Burn" program to our preschool students. Their fifth and final lesson for the year included a visit with more firefighters and their fire truck!




It was Scooter License week at Wilson Creek! Students love scooting around town and earning their annual license. Dr. Pacheco even stopped by to drive around and earn his license! #playlearngrow #wilsoncreeklearns








Congratulations to our incredible bowling teams for their stellar performances at Sectionals today! The Demons are advancing an individual female bowler and the boys' team onto State! We're excited to celebrate the winners of our MJHS student and staff March Madness brackets! 🏀🎉🏆 Congratulations on beating out the other submitted brackets! A huge shout out to everyone who participated as well as our P.E. staff for putting this on! Your enthusiasm made this competition so much fun!


Our School Board of Education recognized two groups of MJHS students at their meeting last night. The MJHS Student Council exceeded all past success with fundraising for the Angel Tree over the holidays. There will also be an inaugural group of 56 students inducted into Manhattan's newly formed chapter of National Junior Honor Society next week. Congrats to all and thanks to their sponsors!




4th graders are excited to share their Rube Goldberg machines with their family and friends! Supplies for this amazing project were donated by community members and businesses. Come see what our students accomplished with your support!

At this year’s ILMEA District 1 EGM Festival, the Anna Mac choir and general music students are going to work with students from around the area. Choir students will learn four new songs, and general music students are going to rotate through four music stations including ukulele, barred percussion, creative movement, and drums. Then, they’ll show what they learned in a concert that afternoon.
The selected 4th grade General Music students are: Quinn Stambaugh, Lila Birk, and Andrew Sibick.
The selected 5th grade General Music students are: Ashley Sibick, Abriella Rizzuto, Lea Ahmad, and Alessandra Jachymiak.
The selected 5th Grade Choir students are: Alyssa Marzec, Madelyn Norwich, and Austin Nemec

Congratulations to our competitive bowlers who competed in the Homer Bowling Tournament on Tuesday! The Demons boys' team took third place and the girls' team took fifth! One of our boys also took third as an individual! Congratulations again to our Demon Bowlers for all of their hard work! 🎳💙
