Another event for MJHS students and staff this week was the annual LWSRA P.E. Takeover! Our friends at LWSRA came to visit our students and shared stories and experiences of student-athletes with disabilities. Students were given lots of opportunities to put themselves in someone else's shoes and to grow through their experiences. Thank you for a great day filled with learning and fun, LWSRA! 💙💙

This week MJHS debuted their first "Cycle Showcase" and what a success it was! Thank you to all of our students who put in a lot of hard work, time, effort, and creativity into all the showpieces! A huge shout out to the Cycle class teachers, Mrs. Johnson, Mrs. Marshall, Mrs. Duff, and Señora Smith for putting on such a wonderful event! Way to create, learn, engineer, and research, Demons!

Good luck to all of our track & field athletes headed down to state tomorrow! It'll be a beautiful day to PR! Let's go, Demons! 💙👟
